In all aspects of our lives we enjoy the "gifts" that have been bestowed upon us- the upbringing we received from our parents, education from our teachers, the love of romantic partners, help received from friends, nature's bounty, and the gift of time. Therefore we should be content with what we have and maintain a grateful heart. Those who are grateful are happier, and do not cast blame on others and complain. Those who are grateful are full of life, optimistic, and far-sighted; they are able to lessen their troubles and bring more luck into their lives. Gratefulness starts from the heart!
